Purchase
A $2000 deposit is required at the time of order, the balance is due on completion and must be received before delivery.
All freight charges and appropriate duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty
My instruments come with a statutory warranty, guaranteeing against defects in materials and workmanship,
I will not cover damage due to fair wear and tear, abuse, neglect, extremes of temperature or humidity. Nor can I be responsible for the tendency of Brazilian or Madagascar rosewood to occasionally develop cracks.
Periodic maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is a condition of warranty. Appropriate care accessories are included in the purchase of each instrument. Repairs or alterations performed by someone other than myself risk cancellation of this warranty.
Transportation and insurance expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
Returns
After receipt of full payment and delivery of the instrument, the instrument is consider sold and returns will not be accepted.
